Misrepresentation of a 4 star hotel!!!

I want to share my experience at the Lagoon Beach hotel. We booked to stay in the so called four star hotel from the 26 December 2018 for 6 nights.

As soon as we walked in, as we had parked underground parking area as could not find the main entrance, we immediately noticed how shabby the hotel was. Windows dirty. The Water feature were mouldy. Tiles looked so grubby and chipped. The reception area of the apartments was unattended and stank of food. The doors to the apartments looked like they needed varnishing.

There was no way we were staying 6 nights in this facility that is rated 4 stars, if the outside area looked like this.

We booked through Lekkerslaap. They suddenly uploaded more recent photos of the filthy state of the apartments and outside area which they never did before. They misrepresented the Hotel initially with the photos they had up before.

They are not willing to assist us further and the hotel is refusing to pay back our money!!! Lekkerslaap should also be accountable for the misrepresentation of the photos they had on their website of the hotel when I initially booked through them.
