Disappointing hotel stay

A very disappointing service I received, firstly booked online but when I arrive at reception Odwa Time assisted me but couldn't find my booking had to wait for more than an hour to get accommodation, and to be told rooms were not ready. was so tired hungry had to make other arrangement to even charge my phone as the charging box at the bar is not working, My room had no bath tub stopper and the tap is not working, the heater was malfunctioning as couldn't turned down and gave the burning smell all night. would never use the facilities again and feel so much ****** for the amount I paid,
