Capetown Stay

I visited Lagoon Beach Hotel from the 27-29 September, the check in service was a nightmare, we got there an hour before check and we're advised that check in is at 14:00,the time came and passed we only checked in after 3. Upon check out I realised that my watch and ring were ******, the assistance I received from the hotel personnel was shocking, the reception lady asked me why I didn't put my stuff in the safe, really in my hotel room, locked doors and all.
