Poor service
I made a booking in October at lagoon Beach using booking. Com and I canceled my booking. The promised to refund me 7 day after my cancelation but it's more than days and I have not received my refund, I'm still waiting for my refund today is 2 weeks.

Till today I have not received the money from Lagoon beach, they sent apologizing email, I don't want them I want my refund that's all. I will not recommend Lagoon beach to any one, thank God I canceled because they have poor service maybe the place is not good as they say,
