If you ever feel like going to the Pilansberg but whish to stay outside of the park, DO NOT BOOK at Lagai Roi Guesthouse. Avoid disappointment and book somewhere else. I booked, paid for and received booking confirmation for the long weekend in Septemeber. After we have made all our travel arrangement invited friend to come along to the bush (they booked separate accommodation, lucky for them), a couple of days later I receive an email informing me that my stay has been canceled due to double booking and that they will refund me. Well no refund received, no place to stay and my holiday is ruined.
