Puppy **** - Lafrime Puppies

I paid for a puppy from Lafrime Puppies - www.lafrimepuppies.co.za, email address *** and whatsapp number *** with the understanding - confirmation received via whatsapp, that the delivery cost is included. On the supposed day of delivery I was asked for a R14000 deposit, which I could not pay. Mutually agreed to cancel the transaction. I have been asking every day via whatsapp for the refund, as they don't take my phone calls and they are ghosting me. Please be aware. I have since read on another social media platform that I am not the first to be ****med by Lafrime Puppies.
