representing ******* company

The above company is representing Teledialkom which is a **** that they trick people into signing a form for updating your details on an advertising website [that does not exist anywhere] even after numerous phone calls where they say that there is no cost involved.

When you refuse to pay they say they are going to hand you over. we have now been handed over to a sum total of 3 different "debt collectors". The first one is no longer harassing us and we did research and found out that it was not a real debt collectors company. the second was Laflar collections but it was an incorrect email address and that email address is no longer in use. The third is now the real Laflar collections but they have sent emails never called and when you try to tell them that they are representing a **** company they just yell at you. I am still waiting for them to send me their registration number for the debt council and nothing but they are insisting that they are going to come after me in my personal capacity.

I have the evidence of all of the emails from the different collections companies and I have received one email from the real laflar collections. Please let me know what i can do to get this sorted.

I have no signing power at my company but it would have been fine to sign for an information update but not a contract for monetary value and no matter how much I tell them this they are not listening.
