Laflar Collections. *********** is an understatement

On the 4th of February i received an SMS from laflar collections. It said Dear client kindly note that your outstanding invoice is in arrears and is incurring additional cost, to prevent further action kindly contact us via *** whatsapp or email ***. This notification is subject to the laflar collections notification procedure.

I immediately called the number and it went to voice mail so I whatsapp the number, I got no response. I get a response on the 9th of February. They respond asking for my company name. I do not own a company or have shares in a company, I simply have a day to day job. On the 11th I asked for feedback they said we will check on the system and get back to me. Today I called and the lady(Precious) kept complaining that my line is bad and cut the call, I then whatsapp called and she did the same, then I called using my cell number and then she said she will call me back. She was unable to give me any information about myself. No contact details of mine she still has no clue who she is dealing with. A 2nd review of this company will be posted once I get more information.
