This company has been pulling this same story for the last few years. They have been complained about on this forum many times, and yet they still carry on. Surely there is a way to report them where some action will be taken. If one searches for them, there is nothing to be found anywhere except for complaints on this platform - is that not a clear sign that something is wrong. Who can this be reported to in order for some sort of action to be taken?
