Dear All We had exactly the same experience and after many heated discussions, found ourselves listed with Trans Union last week. After an urgent application at the Cape Town High Court, we won our case with costs against White Online Pages, Laflar Collections and the Credit Bureau who listed us. I will not pursue damages as well. Unless we tackle ************ *********** such as these, many other ethical companies, who are struggling to survive will fall prey to their antics.
