Worst employee treatment by subcontractor (Kelepile Cleaning Services)

On the 1st of March I and other employees approached the Manager to enquire as to why our salaries have not been paid. He began to dodge around and advised that we will get our money at the labour court, and instructed the security guards to evict us from the business premisses. When I call to advise that I still have not received a payment he began to avoid my calls.
