Apllicator not receiving Outstanding Payments

I am a applicator for Lafarge Placing and Finishing. I have been waiting for the last 7 months on receiving finale payments on contracts I have completed for lafarge. And then they want to get in other contractors to complete contracts that I have done 98% of the work on, without even giving me notice that they are doing so. I have asked them on a couple of times for my finale payments for the work that I have completed, but always an excuse. And then if I give them notice that I need to receive my outstanding payments to be able to complete the outstanding contracts, they want to tell me that if I don't finish the work before the end of this week they will get in another contractor to complete it and charge it to my account. At-lease they did mention something for this site and did not do the same as on the other 2 contracts.<br> I have told them before that to keep a small business like mine operating it all depends on receiving my payments for work I have completed. And that the profit I am hoping to get from a contract needs to go back into my company to build it up.
