Frustrated first time buyer

Hi,

I bought a skirt from this online reseller in mid May and am still to hear what happened to my purchase. Tried sending them communication even on their instagram but the owner just took a picture of any package to be posted and told me that was my item being sent and it turned out to be someone else's in Florida. They don't even inform you of the courier they are using, you have to find that out then track. Go back to them and enquire about the purchase or feedback and I was sent from pillar to post. Now they have even blocked me from WhatsApp which happens to be their only mode of communication apart from Instagram and Facebook.

I would like to warn all first time buyers of lafaimoda, it's seems that if you do not have an existing relationship with them they will treat you like trash.
