Unsatisfied Customer

My wife bought Namibian Droëwors @ R138. I love this flavour and always excited to munch on this during sports or movies. When she arrived at home, there were 2 huge pieces in a bag. I’ve never seen droëwors at that size in my life, it was a thick as my wrist, about +-6 cm thick. I was shocked and the taste made me nauseous. I decided to go back to the store and ask for them to check on this product or if they could exchange it for something else. The money is not the problem, its the quality that made me uncomfortable. The store owner then explained why they couldn’t accept the return which i understood. But the problem was that they could not help me for getting sick or feeling uncomfortable. We had to leave those pieces at the store and lose the money, which was disappointing. I would never buy there again i might even be afraid to buy Namibian droëwors in general. This experience was bad. I will be using my social media presence to make this public.
