Poor service

I had a bad experience with Tugela Panel beaters and budget insurance,Iwas in a car accident on the 6th January 2024,I have not received my car.Poor communication with Tugela Panel beaters, I complained at Budget insurance manager Chainaine Van Jaardveld but seems there is no way foward.it inconveniencimg me because I'm still paying for this car and they keep on saying they waiting without giving me the exact date when the car it's going to be done.Poor service at Tugela Panel beaters and I'm not happy if my car properly fixed it been long overdue.
