damaged turbo

the 22 nd of december i had clutch problems with my vw touran i let ladysmith autohaus repair the clutch ,for them to fix the problem they had to remove the gearbox including the intake pipe to the turbo , when i collect my car i drove 40 km and the turbo was completely destroyed , we then send the turbo to a forensic to examine the turbo they said that something got into the intake pipe and damaged the turbo , i called vw customer service and they said i must sort it out with the agents , it is now the 29 th of january and i still dont have a car
