horrible experience!!!!!

<p>i was looking for a shop to make bridesmades dresses, and found this place in my area who offered to to make it. The bride and us brides****s went to this lady marmalade in Kraaifontein and had our fittings done and paid a deposit. We were to collect our dresses the last weekend in August. The thursday before we were to collect, the bride calls the shop and asks if everything is set...only to be told that the dresses werent made because they dont have the specific colour we requested. TERRIBLE SERVICE! When i called to collect the deposit, i was told they only giving half my deposit back due to travelling costs!!!!! WHAAAT!!!! I sent them a letter of demand...obviously no response. Im searching for the body corporate of this shopping complex urgently as i will not be ********** by *******!</p>
