WORST SERVICE EVER - **** **** ****

I wish there was an option of zero star rating! I ordered last year from LADY LUSH via online and received the item I paid for. I then placed a second order in January 2023 and paid in full. Only one of the two items were delivered. I contacted the business and gave them camera footage to proof that only one item was in the delivery bag. They then had several excuses of which one was blaming the courier. Also stating that as soon as a parcel leaves their premises, they are no longer responsible for the package...... This is nowhere stated on their website. If so, then no customer will ever buy from them as what proof do you have of items sent? Only after I logged a complaint on Facebook did I receive a promise that they will send me the second item early May. And since then, they have ignored all my follow up messages and also deleted me from their Facebook page to prevent me from informing other customers of my ordeal. I have been in contact with several other customers who also fell prey. Please do not support this business as you will definitely regret it.
