They're always in co...
They're always in communication with the client even during the holiday season such as this one...they deliver within their timeframe...they quality check their products before delivery and sorts out the discrepancies....for instance they noticed that their warehouse released an incorrect size on one item in my order and they attended to that first instead of just delivering the item to me etc. They pay attention to detail and most of all, their products are great quality. These are true to the name shaper pants...and very comfortable too

02 Feb 2024, 13:06I am changing my review to 1 star. When I initially reviewed the merchant, she had only sent me half of my order but promised that as soon as her supplier is back from december holidays she will send the rest of it. The half that was delivered was excellent quality and speedily delivered. however, the part that was not sent in december is still not sent today in february. the merchant has become arrogant and non-responsive to my texts. at first she was lying about having processed my refund but would not provide me with POP over a very long time. I hit depression because of this ****mer. DO NOT BUY FROM HER!
