Terrible service and no communication!

Placed an order last year and the excuses for no feedback on orders was that there was an IT problem and its the festive season, what is the excuse now?? I received half of my order after hounding them and am still waiting for the rest of my order. Paid in full. They just flat ignore you on messenger, FB and WA! They also delete post or set the comments on there FB page so that people enquiring about there product can't see the bad reviews. Won't recommend them to anyone, rather try one of the other online stores that sell the same product.
