Poor service, would not recommend - goods not delivered.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. They promote sales, but are not prepared for it. They do not provide any feedback until prompted and then they are full of excuses and their responses are filled with arrogance, like they are doing you a favour. They quote their delivery policy which stated 7 - 14 days, but I waited 28 days and didn't even receive my full order. When I requested an update this morning, I received a reply stating they are "offline". Now, when checking their posts on Facebook, it is evident that I am not the only person who has this problem.

Very, very disappointed in this company
