Poor Service

The service is very poor- i ordered a pair of jeans from them on 3 August 2022, Luckily i paid through payflex, so i asked payflex to stop accountthere was no order acknowledgement nothing when i wanted to stop the order it was 10th, so i inboxed them of FB, after that they sent an email saying that their system didnt display that i ordered a preordered item, then i became patient and they promised me on email that i will receive progress on my order by friday the 19th ( which they never did) on saturday the 20th i asked and again and said i wanted courier name and tracking number they sent an email saying they will give me a tracking number as soon as the parcel is with their courier, i waited all day on monday the 22nd at about 17h20 i inboxed them and said i am waitng for tracking number to which they rep**** they cant cancel the order as the parcel is with their courier i still wanted a name and tracking number, then they blocked me on FB and went quite, this is unacceptable and unprofessional, now their system problem is my problem i mean from the 3rd like really i will never use them again
