Poor service

Extremely poor service. I ordered online and it took 5 weeks to deliver. No communication. Only an explanation that it’s not their fault it’s the delivery company. When it arrived the size was too small. I order regularly online and know how to check my size on the chart. I tried to get hold of them countless times ( no contact number to be seen on website) and after few email responses I was told to personally ship back the jean to exchange. Out of pocket it cost me R190 to return and their policy says another R99 for an exchange. The jean now cost me R300 more and I’m not convinced it is worth the money as the jean itself looked quite thin and not great quality.
