NO AFTER SALE SUPPORT AT ALL !!

so so disappointed !! not in quality but customer service is non existent !!

I was so hesitant to order from lady Lush due to all the bad reviews ive seen but decided i will order and support local

They took a while to ship my jeans which i completely understand!!

A week later she whatsaped me and said she does not have the jeans i ordered in stock ( website stated she had the one)

Her exact message : "I'm thinking what we must do is this. I have high waist dark blue and grey mud waist both in 2xl I'm going to send those to you on our cost so you can fit them, the sizes are sometimes a bit tight and the 2xl might just be a better fit for you, if the don't fit I'll recollect on our cost and resend the XL as soon as it arrives"

so in other words i did not get the jeans i wanted but really appreciated the effort and then jeans arrived , i was fine with the blue but immediately notified her that i do not like the grey at all and want it be collected as she stated she will on her cost and will wait for new stock

Sadly i have been ignored ever since Jean has not been worn and still in packaging

R800 for a jean that is now just in its box and probably will not get my money back as i am being ignored

I understand if she i busy but just communicate and keep me updated

Best quality jeans , worst customer service

Will not recommend at all
