Bad customer service

I purchased from their online store back on January 23, 2024. Yet, here we are on February 22, and I'm still empty-handed, with no sign of my order or even a basic delivery update. Their customer service and communication skills are abysmal. It's like they lack any sense of urgency or motivation to provide even the most basic level of responsiveness.
