No service and paid for nothing!!!

I placed and paid for my order 8 April, now 10 weeks later, still nothing. I have been sending emails daily with no response!! Stay away! Worst client service ever. They had 50% SALE and then 40% sale, I am sure it was to get as many orders as possible and then to disappear.
