Lady Lawn - Never Again!

We recently built a house in Noordhoek, Cape Town. After completion we required a specific lawn type. Lady Lawns quotation came out on top and we proceeded with two deliveries of lawn. Both deliveries were late without apology or explanation. The first delivery was more winter grass and ****s than our specified requirement. The second delivery was green and perky and in most places is still alive. After realising that delivery one was a huge disaster we paid garden services to come and **** our garden. We contacted Lady Lawn (Maritza and Klippie) numerous times to complain about quality. They came to inspect, again late and without apology. They admitted to bad quality lawn and guaranteed us that they would help rectify the issue by coming once a week to lay fertilizer, **** and lay top soil to help regenerate our now dead sandy 300 squares of lawn. This has not yet happened 6 months down the line. Please do not be fooled by a competitive quote - its ******* quality and even worse service. Spare yourself the trauma and frustration.
