I booked a room for myself and my daughter for the 14th to 16th Feb. The booking was made on line at the advertised price. On arrival I was surprised to find a R50 per night charge for car parking. However, we paid it along with room charge. On checking out I was given a further invoice of R290. When I said I had already paid for the room I was told the desk assistant had made a mistake as the room was charged at different prices for the two separate nights. This was not mentioned on the on line booking. I feel I have ********** and will now write a report on trip advisor to steer clear of this establishment.
