worst first time experience

<p>so i call lady dye for thier cold and hot water dye, the lady was so rude to me over the phone did not even give me a chance to explain my self and i had to call back several times. i wanted to buy thier dyes in bluck to sell at my shop. im so angry and disapponited </p>
