Bad service online boutique lady chique

I ordered Christmas pj's In October 2022 and they were never delivered. Was asked to pay upfront R1510 though had requested to pay deposit and balance upon delivery.

Needless to say asked for a refund in January 2023 since the pj's were never delivered and the seller Hanneke De Sousa asked for 3 months payment terms and only paid R500 in January and for February was expecting a R500 refund payment and she is now not taking my calls or responding to my emails and messages.

Very frustrating and the service is not ideal.
