Poor attitude to customer service

Never made it to the lodge. Poor response time to emails meant that our booking was given away. On phoning to try make another plan, I encountered the rudest lady, who shouted me down and wouldn't give me an opportunity to speak. She then proceeded to hang up on me. Disgusting customer service.
