Laduma Security & Electrical Durban - theft of deposit and no delivery / installation of goods

<p>31 March - Mr. Muhammed Khan requested R1050 deposit to install 1 x security beam at my house.</p> <p>He confirmed installation for 08h30 on the 4th April </p> <p>4 April - no show & no contact depsite me trying numerous times to get hold of him.</p> <p>12 April - I received a whatsapp messgae to say he was in Dubai would contact me when he arrived back.</p> <p>19 April - Muhammed sent whatsapp advising me that he had returned the night before.</p> <p>20 April - Muhammed called asking if they could install at 08h30 on Mon 24th April. I agreed for 25th April.</p> <p>25 April - 06h24 Muhammed sent whatsapp advising the weather was bad and they couldn't work in the rain. What??? I advised the weather was perfect at my location. He agreed to come through and install.</p> <p>08h22 - Muhammed sent whatsapp advising his boys hadnt arrived and he wasn't coming through. Another story??</p> <p>I rep**** and requested a full refund.</p> <p>On 25th April Muhammed Khan agreed to refund me in full.</p> <p>28th April - I sent my banking details to him & he confirmed receipt thereof.</p> <p> </p> <p>10 May (to-date) - I am still waiting for a refund, after having been given all sorts of ridiculous excuses.</p> <p>He is now not ansering his phone and claims to be out of town, out of range etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>He is a con-man and I would NOT recommend him or his company LADUMA Security & Electrical to anyone.</p> <p>He is quick to take your money and then doesn't deliver on his promise.</p> <p>***Probably spent my deposit in Dubai (just saying...)</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
