VERY BAD SERVICE @ BOCHUM STORE

I requested a quote from the Bochum store via their WhatsApp line, no one bothered to assist me. The next morning I also called in and sent a follow up text, still no one bothered to assist me even after they promised they will check my WhatsApp. Very disappointed in their service, I will now take my money to Built it, Cashbuild or Fairplay in Bochum area. 😡
