Sad service

Seriously concerned about the service at your store in Nobody _ Mankweng R71 .shopped in this store last week and this Sunday.

When you enter the store no one seems interested in greeting and welcoming you to the store ? No one asks to help you ? Everyone looks busy with walking around and having conversations with colleagues?

Worse , there's always a customer at the point of purchase but then the speed of service is close to zero ? A cashier spends the entire 10 minutes with a customer who has two or three items ? Then when you finally reach the till point, you will definitely get a smile from the cashier and at the same time notice lack of urgency and some why are you in a rush attitude? Then drama is inbthe yard when collecting, the guys don't have product knowledge, they all look exhausted, no direction / completely don't know where some items are ? Had to reverse go forward and that irritates?

Please train this store team and enforce discipline or we will definitely not see each other .
