Not happy about their service

Laduma hardware Janfurse their service isnt good they charge customers who lay-byed material intrest rates. We found roofing tiles on special now we payed them off we want delivery they tell us tiles went back to their normal price we should pay R7000 before we get them and they are rating too as long they still in their shop. My dad had to pay that money. So i would like to know is this how Laduma treat our elder people by making them pay for things they dont know. Then they take their time to deliver their service is very bad and they drain money from customers binding them to things they never signed up for, is it an advantage that my dad is an old men or advantage he bought alot of things at once
