Cheese not up to standard & slow service

I mailed them a month and half ago and got a call from some gentleman who said they would send me replacements which never came. Mailed Rochelle who mailed me on the 22nd of September who said she's the one sending it the next day, well it's going onto almost 2 months now and they have done nothing but pass the buck and lie! I would say a month would have been enough time!!!! Tanya ***
