I logged a complaint about a product I purchased that was expired to Lactalis and was told to watsapp images which I did in July

I logged a complaint about a product I purchased that was expired to Lactalis and was told to watsapp images which I did in July. I received a ref number on the day and to date I have been doing a follow up and all my messages are being read but blatantly ignored! Why have a customer care watsapp line when the customers are ignored?Disgusting customer care service!!!!
