Through their investigation, I was informed that this can sometimes occur during transit or delivery. Lactalis treated my query with a high level of professionalism, keeping me updated throughout the process while requesting the necessary photographs and proof of purchase. They arranged for a driver to collect the product in a cooler box and return it to their facility for testing. Once their investigation was complete, they provided detailed feedback and issued a voucher to reimburse the purchase.
