Worst service ever

I had the worst experience with Lacoste online I placed a return on the 29th today is the 6th of December and I still haven't heard from them I'm disgusted cause it's my sons Christmas sneaker.I called Lacoste waterfront and they advise there's nothing they can do what the hell I'm advising anyone that wanna buy from them don't do it horrible service
