Violation of Consumer Protection Act

It is unfortunate to see such a big name in the industry provide an unprofessional and ******* service to their customers. <br> The story goes, my girlfriend purchases a shirt for my birthday from the Lacoste V&A Branch in Cape Town, one that i did not like and wanted to exchange. I made my way there and looked throughout the shop and did not like any other item so kindly requested a refund. The store manager's response was: \we do not provide refunds". when i questioned such violation of the CPA that clearly permits the customer to make a return within an allowable period(under 2 weeks in my case)"
