Terrible service

Lacoste Mall Of Africa I purchased a track suit on the 28/12/2020 ,as I fitted the tracksuit the pants was to big,i went back to return was told that i cannot swop out as it is sold in a set the sales lady told me to take a small size tracksuit which i did and the jacket is now small and fits titer ,29/12/2020 I went to get a refund as it is point less to buy something and you cannot use it's was told i cannot get a refund only a credit note, which i do not want as i want my cash back, was told i cannot get cash back"only when head office opens which is the 10 of Jan 2021. to be honest i will never refer any one to that store and i will never use that brand again, because mall of africa lacoste seems to me that all there customers seems to be a joke to them the whole sales team just stands there and giggles while am trying to get this sorted.
