Terrible Experience at Lacoste Rosebank

Good day

I experienced a terrible customer service from Lacoste Rosebank.

I have been waiting for a pair of shoes ( Retro Partner green,size 8) that I ordered from another branch through the Rosebank branch since they were out of stock about 2 weeks ago. I have been doing follows ups with Kabelo and I was even given a receipt as proof that the order was done. Up till this point I have been waiting and each time, I have been told a different,inconsistent and inaccurate story.

The final blow is when they told me now that the shoe I ordered has been sold to someone else and this specific type of style has been discontinued. i just need this matter to be escalated and resolved, I want the shoe asap as promised by the store.
