Staff and friends used vulgar languages

On 2015/01/14 I had walked into the Lacoste shop which are made up of mostly indian boys and one coloured guy. I walked in with two females and didn't receive any assistance from them and felt like I wasn't worthy of buying from the lacoste shop... One of their friends spoke to them speaking very loudly about \****ing *****es in THAILAND". My girls and I felt embarrassed and walked out even with the intention of having to buy something... Is the lacoste shop this disrespectful to customers especially females that the staff of guys could all stand around and discuss *** and vulgar languages loudly infront of female customers? This is unacceptable and even as we walked pass them they kept swearing and talking to each other about ****ing that girls... I believe that they will do this to other customers as they are not helpful and they are very rude... Please help"""
