So disappointed yet frustrated in the decrease in customer service

So disappointed with the shop lacoste in gateway. My nephew who just turned a year old was in a car seat placed in a trolley My intention was to purchase a lacoste tracksuit and takkies for my husband. As we stood outside about to enter the security pulled our trolley with my nephew asleep inside and pushed it to the side instructing me to go inside in the shop to shop. I pulled the trolley but he blocked the way saying I must leave the baby outside alone with him and I refused. With the dangers of covid the security which was hired by lacoste touched the trolley which my baby was in and due to the dangers of kidnapping would any parent be able to shop leaving a child in the trolley knowing what is happening around them. I have called the shop and spoke to the assistant manager who has agreed that the security follows instructions of the company. I will personally never support this company nor would I encourage others to do so with the poor customer services I received. Assistant manager took down details and never called me back, did not even apologize. At the end of each day no one should be instructed to leave a child with a stranger. This incident was scary and traumatizing.
