Pathetic customer service with the wrong shoe given to me!

I am absolutely disgusted with Lacoste Sandton City. I phoned then on the 24/11/20/2021 to find put if rhey had a specific shoe in stock. The guy said he would look for it and get back to me. 45minutes had passed woth no return phone call. I phoned back only for him to say oh yeah theres one left. Anyway i drive from Centurion all the way to Sandton city to buy the shoe. I phoned Lacoste again at 9am to find out if they still had the shoe and the guy at the counter assured me me that he did and he would keep it aside for me. I purchased the shoe and left as i had to get to work. I come home to give the shoe to my husband for his birthday only to see that theres 2different shoes in the box!!!! I try calling Lacoste Sandton again about 15times at 5pm with no answer! I am absolutrly livid with the customer service received at this pathetic store! Will never shop here again
