LACOSTE **** CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY SHOES!!!!!!

as a regular lacoste shoe buyer, ive emailed the customer care division since January 25th and to date no one gives a **** or even bothers responding to complaints and queries. we pay so much for these products but after a few wipes they faded as if they are over 10 years old? I mean is this the **** service that LACOSTE provides? customer service is poor and pathetic to be honest.
