Lacoste online refusing to do a return on there products.

I had ordered 6 items online with lacoste an 3 of the items are very small so I did a return on those items now I no more hear from lacoste online the items are still at my home standing an waiting on a return.my biggest problem is that these online stores give a good service when it comes to taking a customer's money but when the customers is dissatisfied with the product or service they just don't care anymore.
