Items received with Security Store tags

I purchased a Golf T/shirt on lacoster.co.za three months ago which I received but I have received a T/shirt which has security store tag which is not the first time this happens from Lacoste online. I sent an email explaining the problem. I did receive a respond saying I must choose whether they collect the item and get the tag removed or send me to any nearby store to get the tag removed. I chose that they can collect it since I do not have any store close to me. I have sent more than 3 emails but I am not getting any respond. Now I'm stuck with a T/shirt I cannot wear. Can someone please respond to my emails? What is the purpose of having Customer Service if they're not responding to email? What a bad service that I am receiving.
