Horrible service lacoste canal walk

I received a horrible service at the store. I was complaining about sneakers that I bought in July 2020 they said I damaged the sneakers is torn and wear. The store manager was so rude, instead of helping me, I have to beg for his help, I was crying for my money, he told me that I am unprofessional in his store and disrespecting him but I was just fighting for my rights as a customer and he said the customer is not always right.
