Disappointed

Hi...not even sure where to start as this whole ordeal is still upsetting me as this is a trusted brand I wore for years but what happened recently i wouldn't advise any1 to wear this brand. Bought my daughter half boot size 4,with a t shirt and later on a jacket. The colors of the takkie faded out after the 3rd was hence we used the shampoo that we bought with it,even the jackets color faded after a few washes,the collar of the t-shirt looks like she had it for years n it's not even 2 months old. When I tried to return it to Levinsons they advised that they only selling the brand I should report it with Lacoste directly which I tried but the email is not working nor is there a contact no for complaints. So is this large organizations only taking our money without a proper customer service care,or are we being victims of **** products sold by Large Retailers without us knowing. Can we get SARS to assist us by doing customary checks at the Docks n Airports
